They came out to address my concerns before the job took place ie: concern a tree would fall on my house by cabling the tree to make sure it did not fall on me as a part of the cost of the overall job. These guys are legit.

If you need trees removed or stumps ground, this is the place to call. Great service, and very easy to work with.

David and his crew did exactly what they said they would do. The cleanup was great and they were as careful as possible to not damage the property while cutting down the very large tree in my backyard. Without having access to the backyard they removed the very large limbs that were hanging over my home. Very hard workers and finished the job in the amount of time that David had quoted me. I would definitely recommend them for any type of tree service.

They did a marvelous job removing a huge Live Oak tree from over my porch and house roof. I yearly trimmed this oak with other tree companies (they used rope and ladders and still could not reach the problem limbs... Big Elm Services had all the necessary heavy-duty equipment and the experience to safely, completely remove the tree and grind down the stump plus another old stump. The owner David and his crew -the way they took down the tree was exemplary and leaving no debris or damage behind! I got an unmatched service from them and their pricing was good. I would not hesitate to employ them again.

After the Ice Storm 2021, David was fast to work with me to help get broken limbs off my mother's house. When he was able to get back to the place to remove a couple of trees, they did a great clean job. Two trees in one day and dragged them off. Great job! Clean fast and very reasonable! Definitely will recommend David for anyone needing trees trimmed or removed.
